PHS West wanted to strengthen its online presence and solidify B2B sales efforts. The timing was right to build an innovative and responsive website that would drive quality leads and provide a state-of-the-art experience for customers.
Based on requirement gathering sessions, A&D recommended a Content Management System (CMS) to that would provide PHS West with the self-sufficiency and flexibility they desired. The A&D team holistically approached this project; digital marketing, UI/UX, and development worked seamlessly in an iterative manner to ensure all requirements were understood and met throughout the design and development process.
Armed with analytics, our digital marketing team assessed popular navigation paths, content pages, and product offerings to inspire the new site architecture. These insights also allowed our UI/UX team to design an effective solution that elevated important content and gave consumers product information immediately at their fingertips.
PHS West’s new web property features an intuitive and fully responsive user experience (UX) that incorporates lead-generating best practices. Product pages are more comprehensive, easy to-navigate, and drive conversions.
Email and form automation also enables PHS West to see which product a prospective client was viewing when they submitted the “request a quote” form. Conversions have increased substantially since site launch. Form submissions grew from an average of 1-2 per month to an average of 20 per month while conversion rate increased from 4.2% to 12.7%.
