Ecowater was facing an increasingly competitive market, and wanted to solidify its place as the leader in water softener and filtration systems category. They approached A&D with the desire to build a website that would bring to life their brand’s rich 130-year history, increase lead-generation capabilities, and provide a tailored experience for unique audience groups. A login portal was also requested to provide dealers with a single place to access marketing and promotion materials.
Based on requirement gathering sessions, A&D selected WordPress as the open-source Content Management System (CMS) to help EcoWater achieve their business objectives. WordPress gave the Ecowater team an ease-of-use and the technological freedom they were looking for in a new site. Existing analytics were benchmarked by the A&D Digital Marketing Team and sent over to the UI/UX team to use as part of the iterative and user-friendly design process. Implementing lead tracking and defining conversion steps was integral to site success. The new portal was integrated in addition to a content library for dealers to share information and tips amongst themselves.
EcoWater’s new muiltilingual web property features an intuitive, fully responsive user-experience (UX) and now incorporates an integrated dealer portal. Included in this portal is the addition to a content library for the dealers to share information and tips amongst themselves. Consumers coming to the EcoWater site can now search for specific dealers in their area, filter by residential or commercial, and contact them directly via a custom built form.
