Perfecting your water
Facing an increasingly competitive market, EcoWater wanted to solidify its place as the leader in the water softener and filtration systems category. They approached Ackmann & Dickenson with the desire to build a website that would bring to life their brand’s rich 130-year history, increase lead-generation capabilities, and provide a tailored experience for unique audience groups. The company also requested a login portal to provide dealers with a single place to access marketing and promotion materials.
After an in-depth and staunch discovery process, A&D selected WordPress as the open-source Content Management System (CMS), which gave EcoWater technological freedom within an easy-to-use system. A&D’s Digital Marketing Team benchmarked existing analytics, which the UI/UX team then incorporated into an iterative and user-friendly design process. The login portal was incorporated, as well, along with a content library in which dealers could share information and tips.
EcoWater’s new multilingual web property features an intuitive, fully responsive user-experience, and now incorporates an integrated dealer portal complete with a shareable content library. Consumers coming to the EcoWater site can now search for specific dealers in their area, filter by residential or commercial, and contact them directly via a custom-built form.
