A&D was challenged with redesigning Coloplast’s patient website to better align the site with the new Coloplast brand standards, improve the ‘Find a Physician’ functionality, and enhance the overall user experience.
A&D partnered with Coloplast’s marketing team to restructure the information architecture (IA) for the new site. Existing analytics were benchmarked with the goal of increasing the positioning of important patient content within the new IA. Best practice SEO methods were applied to aide SEM and other digital marketing efforts.
The ‘Find A Physician’ now features advanced search capabilities, including the ability to geolocate a physician. Available in over 75 languages, the new property is now responsive and optimized for smartphones and tablets.
