Revation Systems

Challenge:

Revation Systems needed an updated web presence that could demonstrate the use of their unified communications products: secure messaging, virtual call center, video and collaboration.  Their unique position between three communications industries wasn’t accurately being represented on their current website.  Additionally, there were underutilized case studies of their product in use, such as bridging communications in emergency rooms to allow better care for patients who need translators.

Approach:

Using our iterative approach, we collaborated with Revation to discover what really differentiates their products from other companies, and helped them define their story.  With their content as the driving force, we designed the new web presence to showcase their compelling story of connecting people in whatever method suits the customer best.

Outcome:

Revation’s new site launched in September 2011.  It features a collapsible fixed footer integrated with Revation’s own products, offering different options to contact Revation – email, chat, or call any of their departments, with green/yellow/grey status buttons to indicate live availability.
