Challenge:

To provide a well-respected and recognized Public Relations & Public Affairs firm a website overhaul that successfully reflected the new, bright future of the company. In parallel with a new naming and branding initiative, there needed to be an equally fresh web presence that could tell the rich history of the agency, while highlighting the new leadership and vision of Goff Public.

Approach:

An emotional brand, Goff Public had laid down deep historical roots in the Twin Cities community. It was imperative that the Ackmann & Dickenson team provide a tip of the hat to the company’s 45 years of tradition and stability in the area. Leveraging a design that modernized the well-known brand and a development approach that made for clean and easy communication with site visitors, we looked to capture the experience of working with Goff Public via the website.  Analytics and previous site metrics greatly influenced the new architecture and layout, letting data drive the decisions.

Outcome:

Goff Public successfully launched a new brand rollout and strategic vision. The website was a critical vehicle to convey that message. With those tactics and ongoing coordinated efforts, Goff Public looks to solidify its position in a very competitive market. Using a clean, professional design and simple, intuitive navigation structure, we were able to exemplify the competitive differentiators that Goff Public brings to its industry.
