Challenge:

To work in conjunction with Little & Company’s creative team to develop a content-manageable web site for Way to Grow – a non-profit group dedicated to early learning for children and parents.

Targeted opportunities:

• Work in conjunction with Little & Company staff to advise on technological opportunities and best practices during the design phase of the project
• Develop the site on the WordPress platform, with strict adherence to design files as provided by Little & Company
• Train staff at Little & Company on the WordPress platform

Approach:

Our approach was to work iteratively with the Little & Company team. We met weekly at a minimum to review progress – whether it was strategy review, design discussions or development progress of the site itself. Communication was open, fluid and respectful of what each party’s role was on the project thereby providing an optimal experience for all involved.

Outcome:

Way to Grow has successfully launched a phase 1 web site and a phase 2 web site in the past year.
